Ive been lookin through past threads about people waves processes, and most people say they brush for bout 20-30 minutes each day after gettin out the shower. Thats good and all but how do you do it my arm gets tired after about 15 minitues. Is there a secret to this too or do i just wait 5 minutes and start again

you got to be in shape.
I'm a college sprinter i can brush for a hour each arm if i wanted too.
But if your serious about brushing your hair longer start doing push-ups

I WANTED TO PLAY FOOTBALL BUT SINCE 2 YEARS AGO I COULDN'T PLAY CUZ I DISLOCATED SOME THANGS....AND UM....I'M HEALED NOW....BUT U KNOW NOW A DAYS MY ONLY HOPE IS A WALK ON....BUT THE FOOTBALL SEASON DONE STARTED FOR U OF L ALREADY...SO I MIGHT HAVE TO WAIT

ayo ray ray u aint gotta brush for 20 mins str8 homie to do 20 mins worth of brushin ya mean say it takes u 30 mins as long as 20 of those minutes u were brushing you can take 10 mins to rest ya arm until it get stronger or used to doin dat ya mean and it aint even like u gotta brush 20 mins period u jus need to brush often throughout the day and make the longest brushin period come right b4 u go to bed. like say u brush for 5 mins 5 times during da dayright before u go to bed and after you did ya lil routine u gon wanna brush for 10 mins.and eventually youll b able to brush for longer if u wanna.

lol @ workin out for waves that belongs in the 400 ways to know u goin too hard
# whatever: u start a grueling workout plan including pushups and weightlifting, not becuase u want a better body, but to get your arm stronger so u can brush longer
