Wow she just keeps on getting more beautiful. On this evidence, she'd be nuts to go back to that old pixie style. Wow... she does look amazing. A different sort of beautiful than with her short hair, I think. Here, she's an elegant sort... with the short hair, she was a little more frisky and playful. ------------- |

Well, yes it does look beautiful, but here's the thing. As you probably remember from previous threads Halle has the rights to and plans to star in "Nappily Ever After". In the book, the heroine has long, chemically straightened hair which, upon breaking up with her boyfriend, she shears off into a short, natural 'do. I wasn't sure where production of this stood, but since it appears that Halle has gone from curly to straight in her last couple of appearances, I fear that her long locks may not reside on her lovely noggin much longer. Disappointing, but c'est la vie. Well, with a healthy dose of frustration.  As usual, JF ------------- 3 pm is simultaneously too late and too early to start anything. |

The question I had was is she using hair extensions now? When she was wearing it curly she was definitely using extensions and then it looked like back in the fall she had taken them out. But in these latest pictures with her hair straight, it seems her hair looks awfully long for it to be real. Perhaps I'm forgetting how much extra length could've been wrapped up in the curls? ------------- |

I think we're seeing proof that Halle is simply one of the most beautiful women on the planet. She was fabulous with short hair. She was fabulous with long curly hair, she is fabulous with long straight hair... I have to say that even as a short hair fan she is just stunning in these pictures. Most women don't get that much length with such healthy looking hair. She looks like a cartoon godess come to life. Given the same dress, makeup, and incredible skin I think she would have been equally stunning with her pixie and neck exposed, but I'm going to give the long hair proponents credit where credit is due and just say this is as close to perfect as long hair could be... ------------- |
