This **** is kinda hot, it works well if you put it on after pink oil or baby oil if you use that, then brush and durag for about half hour before you go out. I find that if you have it on when you go to sleep it doesnt hold very well. I normally use it before i go out though ------------- It's tha thuggish ruggish waves |

I use that for my hard brush and the the phillips 440 for my soft/medium brush, I think that they are a good combo. Like someone said the fact that the brush is longer helps in evening up your waves because it goes across your whole head. I hop out the shower leave the hair a little wet throw in pink lotion and brush with the 440 for like 30 mins and then throw in the Nu Nile and brush with the 440 for like 30-45 minutes and then throw on the wave cap. If my hair is longer I use the 540 when I put the Nu Nile in. I know that people say that the 540 has that extra long handle and I wasn't feeling that when I bought it, so my pops he has some tools and stuff so I used this hand saw and sawed off the handle and now it looks like one of those military brushes. ------------- "Friends don't let friends go without brushing, brush responsibly." |
