Last night I decided to lighten my hair using a lightener so I could get the deep red color I wanted to go for. Sure enough, my dark brown hair turned ( a little brassy) blonde and then I put the permanent red on it. As the color was on my hair, it look absolutely fine but then I washed it out and dried it and realised my roots were almost illuminous orangey red and the overall color is far too bright!! I look like I`ve got a glowing head! I`m sitting at work now with this stupid hair- feeling like a clown- can someone please help me?!!!
