I have dark brown hair, or should I say had. I used a color remover witch turned my hair a bright orange/red..the box said that is the color my hair should turn. Then I used a dark brown hair color.. made by the same company...MY HAIR IS PURPLE! I`ve tried other sites, I don`t understand those color wheels. All I want is my natural dark brown hair back. I hope some one can help.

Well in my opinion you should go to the hairdressers, prefferably wearing a hat ! LOL

I have the same problem. I used Loreal Feria # 55, Cinnamon and now I have bright purplish cranberry colored hair. I just reviewed the results this morning and am in panic mode at this very moment.
And for you people that say try a salon - yea right! They are expensive and can also do damage - been there... Also, I have never had this problem before. I am usually happy with my color and do not know what happened this time.
Need help ASAP!
