I went and finally had my hair highlighted after years of trying to do it myself. She did a great job on it but just didn`t make it as light as I wanted. Could I have it redone around my face or do those blonde shampoos (ex. Sheer Blonde) help any to bring out some brightness? I hate to insult the woman who originally did it and I`d hate to go somewhere else since I already spent almost $100. Thanks for any suggestions!
