I loved the way it looked when it was bleached for 45 minutes with 20 volume peroxide then dried then bleached again for 45 minutes. The look was very pale and I had no burns or problems. The hair condition was good. My curent stylist does 30 volume for an hour to hour and a quarter and it does not get light enough for me. It also seems to make the hair more brittle. She is afraid of scalp burns going twice, but it worked out better that way for years. How can I get her to change methods??? Or does anyone else go with 2 seperate bleach applications.
