Date Posted: February 04 2002 at 12:40pm OK I went to the hairdressers today and my hair which is just on my shoulders and layered with bangs, I went for my regular trim because I usually keep my hair layered and somewhere slightly above / below shoulders or so I can still put it up. The shortest layer was about chin length, then half way between chin and shoulders then bits inbetween. I asked them to cut 1/2 inch off and just trim and tidy up my bangs, which would have left my hair about 1 inch past shoulders instead she cut it so it was 2 inches past chin so now there are no layers in it cause she cut it to almost the shortest one and she thickened my bangs and cut them to like 1 inch above eyebrows, I wansnt growing it cause I liked it like it was, so basically its about 1 inch above shoulders ! I need away of putting it back for school tomorrow, any ideas ? I`m not tremendously upset though cause It won`t take that long to grow back it`s just a little short ! Maybe you could just wear your hair up? Basically all I can say is to stick it out. I think we all have bad hair cuts some time in life. I couldnt stand the style so I put fizz/gel on sides and sleek it back with a clip. THe bangs could be sprayed and you could play around with them so they look alittle better. I wore my hair like this for maybe 2 weeks before I could handle wearing it down. good luck -------------
