I have med brown hair dyed with Loreal elcellence cream in Light Ash blonde. It`s ok but kinda brassy. I`m ready for a big change and am wondering if anyone has suggestions. I look best with colors for cool skin tones. I can`t afford salon prices. I`m afraid my lift could end up a big bloop. Any suggestions will be appreciated!!!!
