Date Posted: May 21 2000 at 1:50pm i've got curly hair, bordering on permanently frizzy bra-length hair. it's been henna'ed over 10 times, and streaked with blonde once. i now have regrowth of boring brownish hair. how do i fix this??? i want the length and the curls and some gorgeous colour, can it happen! it can't cost alot, ie what can i do at home! thanks for helping!
