I have thin staright/wavy hair that is highlighted with blonde streaks. I wanted to get a spirl perm or body wave but, I am worried they might fry my hair. I need to know if they will and which one is the better one to get for my hair type??

Hi, I have thin hair and I usually get a spiral perm every six months so my hair is always looking fresh. I always get a biolage perm and she uses the pink rods so my hair comes out very tight and super curly.I make sure she only uses a very small amount of hair when she wraps it on each perm rod especially on top. I love my curls and wouldn`t live without them! Bye, Kelly.
