Date Posted: November 01 2000 at 6:19am after perming my hair 5 months ago and dyin it a week before my hair feels very dry and brittle. I have tried every mousse hairspray, gel known out there but it just seems to make my hair even worse. I know i have beatiful curls but i dont know how to go about in bringin them back to life...it seems to just stay dull, flat and dry. Moouse gels n hairspray just leaves my hair dry and crispy so it makes it worse....I want soft beatiful defined curls!!....plz say its possiable any would be greatly appreciated thanks Replies:
