I have been thinking about getting my hair permed like a spirel curl. I was looking for suggestions and pros and cons on this subject, all help will be appriciated I am going to prob do this week also
p.s. my hair is about 2 inches from my shoulders and is straight fine and brunnet

since you said you have a bob, it might look nice if you get it waved, sort of 40`s style finger-waves. i`ll try to find a site that shows what this looks like for you. Hope this helps!

Make sure you use a good conditioner and pamper your perm. I had a spiral for 6 months and then cut my hair to chin length. My hair was past my shoulders. It took me some time to get use to my curls. Let me know how it turns out!
