I have natural curl hair but not fizzy. So I use relaxation cream at home to straigthen the hair, I follow the instruction, but I don`t know which part I go wrong. But I see my "relaxed" hair is elastic like a rubber band when it is in process. maybe too long. but the total time from the applying and finishing is not around 30 mins. and then rinse 5 mins. then apply protection cream.... all go fine. after the hair is dry. It got fizzy like Africa. It shock me because I think it may straighten. So I just shave it to like a monk. almost no hair. Then after 2 weeks, I shave again. then 2 weeks after. that today. I scratch my hair. then some fall down. Fall down is normal. no problem but. the hair which fall down like a" L" shape. that may be broke. Why?? I have shaved it before, It is a NEW,REGROWTH hair. It can not be like that. I can`t trust it.
(1) is that permanent?? Can it be cured??
(2) how???
(3)IS that normal after inapproriate use of relaxation cream
