Please help! I`m racially mixed and my hair is fine but extremely extremely curly! I`d like to find a hair style that I can use for my eighth grade dance, it`s semi-formal. I HAVE to have it up in some way, but I want to get away from my usual pony tail puff or bun. I`ve tried looking things up, but it seems like no ones hair is as curly as mine! I don`t want to straighten it, I`ve done that before and didn`t like it. If you could help I`d appreciate it!

hey
what i usually do is for the front i use those headbands with teeth to hold the hair at the front flat........then i just take the hair in the back and take sections at a time and scrunch it up, hold it against the top of my head and pin it. it kinda gives a messy look but it looks cool.
