Some of you can probably relate to this frustration. I used to have long wavy/curly hair in my teens. Now I`m 27 and my hair is shoulder length layered. I can`t wait till it grows longer. I love my hair. I have obided by the curlygurl book by Lorraine Massey and my hair has never looked so awesome with it`s natural flow of curls. I saw that you posted on my thread about the curly girl book. I`m 25 and in the process of growing my hair to my waist. I`ve got about 6 more inches to go. I think the biggest thing is good nutrition, exercise, basically trying to be healthy. (I have a hard time because I love Pepsi and know I should be drinking more water instead). Anyway...I found it just takes a lot of patience helped along with a multivitamin, good food, and being nice to your hair. (I recently also started on 1200 mcg of Biotin and 2000 mg of MSM. Some other long haired people recommend them, so I`ll see if they help) ------------- ?/35.5/ tailbone curly hair <><
