Hi!
I'm going to Mexico soon, and I can't wait. However, I know the weather is going to make my very fine wavy/curly hair frizzy and even harder to manage than usual. I read the article on Phytospecific, and it looks like an awesome product. When I looked at the instructions, it says you cannot use it on hair that has been bleached. About four months ago, I highlighted my hair with Frost-n-Tip. Does that mean I can't use the Phytospecific because it would be too damaging? I hate having to choose between haircoloring and straightening. If anyone can help me out, that would be wonderful. Thanks!!

Hi Carrie; Your hair is still highlighted and highlighted hair is bleached, so I would avoid this product.
Hey have fun in Mexico though

Do not use this on bleached or colored hair. I too was going to Mexico last June and tried this product. With disastrous results. I even purchased the mildest formula. My hair had been highlighted several months back. It broke my hair and my heart. The company was very sympathetic and offered a full refund. That still didn't help my hair. Most of my vacation was spent with a deep conditioner while on the beach. And gelled and tied back in the evening.
