I havecurly hair and I think the ends are starting to split. Also I want to get it layerd.Any segestions?

If you get it layered, the layers should start at chin length & not go any shorter. Otherwise you'll end up w/the infamous Buckwheat syndrome.

You can't repair split ends, but you can prevent them. Try deep conditioning at least once a week w/heat. There are a variety of heat caps available, here's one option:

I haven't had a haircut since early December. I deep condition ever Sunday for 30 minutes & still have almost no split ends (don't think you can entirely avoid split ends, they're pretty much inevitable, it's just how many how soon).

hey u should try to go to ur hairdresser and ask them to cut off the split ends! that will help hopefully! :)
