| I have very curly hair and i want to grow it long. My curls are large spirals but when I let it get long it just goes up. Does anyone have some tips for growing it out?? |

Dude, Find a good stylist, and tell her/him what you are trying to accomplish. Follow their advice. I'm an executive sorta guy in my 40's, and I am growing out my curly hair as well. My issues were a lack of clue around styling stuff (both goop and technique), and serious will-this-affect-my-career worries. I am learning the styling piece,and have come to realize that some people (anyone that is so uptight that my hair is an issue for them) are not appropriate for me to be working with. Life is too short to work with folks you find to be (expletive deleted). Of course, YMMV. Mr. Happy |
