I need advice on how to deal with my medium length wavy hair. When wet, it has nice gentle waves (think Jessica Simpson) but when it dries, it straightens out and poofs out. For many years, I just flat iron it, but I'd like to try styling it so it is wavy when dried.
Any advice?

Try applying a defrizzing product while your hair is still damp, and then don't touch it while it air-dries; playing with it only encourages frizz (took me forever to figure that one out, since it is quite tempting to play with it).
