Curly you can't do anything about, so you'll need to make the most of it. I suspect that, if you have dry hair, you probably aren't even a good candidate for relaxing. But dry and frizzy are things that you can help. First, always use a conditioner. Get some jojoba. After washing, rub a drop or two into the palms of your hands and then run your hands through your hair. Never brush, only detangle with a wide-tooth comb. Fluff your hair and let it dry natural to show off your curls. They'll be back in style really soon. Look for anti-frizz products that are designed for curly hair, and follow the directions on the label to see if they work for you. "Can i make it straight after shaving it." No. -------------
