HELP! I permed my hair for the first time 2 days ago, and brushed it - I didn't know you're not supposed to do this; I naturally have straight hair. Will my curls ever go back to normal? What can I use to get the knots out?

After you wash it, try only brushing or combing it when it's wet (I'd suggest combing, you pull out less hair than brushing when you do it wet), then don't comb it again after that until after your next wash. That should improve the look of your curls and reduce frizz.
