I actually took time out of my life to download the Ja Rule - R.U.L.E. And...yes its another soft one, in my ears. There are a few bangers dont get me wrong, but the majority of the songs are to slow beats and about women, he didnt come back to the streets in this one, maybe next time...... ------------- I'M REPPIN EVERY NICCA IN DEES STREETS TO SCREAM AT ME!!!!!!
