I've never heard of this brand before; I just came across this offer. It's travel size bottles of 6 curly hair-care products for $11.95 (S&H). My hair is quite straight but it's bleached -- I really like curly hair products for moisturizing and de-frizzing. I'm thinking of placing an order, but I'm wondering if they're actually good products. Has anyone tried the Curlfriends line?

Hi Juliana!

I have used Curlfriends stuff! I really like it. Especially the conditioner - works great and smells yummy! The only reason I stopped using it was a) the cost and b) the only place by me that carries it tended to not always keep it in stock. (I would buy a couple at a time, but when I needed to refill... well, it's inconvient to keep going back). Now that my hair is getting longer, it was just cost prohibitive to go thru a $12 conditioner every 2 weeks or so. The gel didn't thrill me, but then I haven't yet found one that does! I like the Humidity cream. But STAY AWAY from the Gooey Goo. It's thick, sticky and a tangle magnet for long hair.

toodles!
