Okay I need some help here. I am getting married at the end of september. Now my problem is that I don`t know how to wear my hair. My dress has a high halter colar and I don`t know weather I should wear my hair up or down. Can anyone help me please respond..............Thank you

high halter collar... I think definetely up. Up with some dangly curls not passing your neck..... like a twisted up-do that sticks out a bit with a small waterfall of curls... get it?
