I'm trying to grow my hair and i dont have a problem conditioning the hair that comes out, it's just below my ears. I want to know what will make it grow faster. Does anyone know of any pills or foods that are herb free, inexpensive? I'm on flax oil, but it's not enough. thanks |

Make sure you're eating enough protein, and your diet is balanced in general. Hair is made of protein. Aside from that, some people take hair supplements (silica, biotin, msm), but no one can see if they're working, so they're not sure if they have any effect. ------------- 
Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask? |
