Which hair oil is better for your hair? Coconut, almond, jojoba or mineral? Should you apply them once or twice daily? Weekly? Should you apply only to the ends, the entire head or massage on the scalp?

You can use oil on your scalp and hair as long as it`s not too heavy. I presently use and recommend Bronner Brother Royal 6 oil, it had all the natural oils. You shouldn`t use mineral oil and petroluem based oils.
You can oil hair once a day or as often as you feel needed.
