Date Posted: June 11 2001 at 3:13am I was just told by my stylist that if you are going to do a perm and a color that you have to do the color first and then the perm. I am confused. I thought it was the other way around. I don`t know what to think. I also heard that if you do both you risk damaging hair. There also seems to be some confusion about how long to wait in between a perm and a color treatment. Any suggestions about this would help so much. Replies:
