Besides, messing up my hairdo. I`ve heard of rinsing the scalp after exercise to prevent hair damage, but how is that done without wetting/reverting the hair? My hair is about chin length, cut in a bob,loses curl easily, and not exactly long enough to put in a ponytail, any suggestions on what I can do with it while I`m exercising. ------------- Be a star!
