Date Posted: August 04 2002 at 2:10am Hi everyone! I have lurked hair sites for a little while now and have seen a lot of talk about hair and vitamins. I take a multi vitamin on occasion but not like i should. After reading a couple threads (Caramella and Wild Growth Oil) ive decided to start getting serious about vitamins. But as you all know it can be kinda confusing..whos taking what and how much. Well in the Wild Growth thread there was a link to this site Http://www.angelfire.com/empire/long_hair_community/bargello.html (not sure how to make that an actual link) It was informative and im going to try that program. I am also going to pick up a bottle of the Wild growth oil and try it out. Ill be sure to let everyone know how it works out :) WISH ME LUCK!
