when someone uses a product or technique and it works for them, they recommend it to everyone and when it doesn`t work for anyone else they say "Everyone is different. What works for me may not work for you", but when something DOESNT work for one person they tell everyone not to use it?

Everyone has a different body chemistry. Taking supplements is a trial and error experience. If you research your options and note how your body reacts to certain supplements, then you can make an educated choice on what works for you.
