Yes, you can. Brewers Yeast in a powder or tablet, which is rich in B-vitamins.

No you can't, your natural hair texture will determine your rate of hair growth.
The straighter your hair is, the easier it comes out of the follicle and the faster it will grow.
I won't get too technical, but people who have straight hair, their hair follicles are round, circular shaped, people with curly hair their follicles are more flat, oval shaped, causing the hair to grow at a slower rate.
The only thing you can do to "speed up" the process a little, is to massage your scalp daily.
This causes blood to circulate through your scalp, stimulating the follicles.
