HELLO, I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF ANYONE KNOW WHAT ARE THE STEPS THE MIZANI RELAXER? BECAUSE MY STYLIST HAS BEEN USING ON A COUPLE OF HER CLIENTS AND NOW OUR HAIR IS COMING OUT. SO NOW I'M WONDERING IF SHE FOLLOWED ALL THE STEPS? CAN ANYONE HELP? |

The stylest definatley did not follow the steps properly. My hairdresser has been using mizani on my hair for two years. Shortly after use I noticed growth, shine, and bounce that my hair never had. The only way hair breakage was probably possible is improper use of the product and not the product itself. I can't tell you the steps of how to use it. I can only asure you that once you learn how to use it properly you will notice better results

I used to work for a company that sells Mizani and in order for the stylist to use the product they have to attend a class on how to use the product. The stylist should have a Mizani license & certificate (different from a cosmotolgy license) so she should ask the stylist to furnish it if the stylist doesnt have it she can sue!! ------------- |
