I need to know about the hair care regimens to know better about this. but could I do this. For every week I would: Hot Six Oil hot oil Treatment Shampoo my hair with Cream of Nature two times Condition my hair with Infusium 23 Leave In Conditioner Sometimes conditioner eggs and mayo. Will this be good.

I take Hairtopia Flaxseed 1000mg Biotin 2500 mcg Panthtenic Acid 500mg B-Complex 50mg Silica 11mg MSM 1000 mg It's working I've been doing this for about a month and my hair have grown an inch. After I run out of Hairtopia I am going to switch to GNC Ultra Nourishair for my hair vitamin. ------------- |
