thanks again everyone for your info........i just bought some optimum nutrition pro complex protein mix from www.vitaminshoppe.com i read on another board that some girl grew her hair by drinking this everyday.......about 1 1/2 every month. ------------- |

| I have used protein shakes but only for losing weight. It should be good for the hair since hair is made of protein. I am currently trying to grow my hair. I cut it 2 years ago and it is now 8 inches at the time I cut it, it was less than 1 inch. |

Hi all, I live in New Orleans, and i work at a smoothie shoppe called Smoothie King. I know we have them in other states, but we have a few hi protein smoothies, and they taste awful but they are full of whey protein and a lot of other proteins, so you might want to look into those... and there is alot of MSM and amino stuff, i wonder if i should start buying some to help my hair grow.... i am ordering HF 37 as soon as i get paid next friday... |
