Hi Im Jessica, Im new here. I really need help My hair is short and I want it to be long atleast pass my shoulders......well Im only 14 and my mom won't let me take any Protien vitamins but I can do the shake thing....the porblem is I dont know what kind of shake to make or what with....any tips on how to make hair grow like... How many times do I wash it a week What do I use as in shampoo and conditioner hair spray? I wear rollers at night every night How do I set and Wrap my hair for the week? Hi, Jessica. It's great that you are starting to care for your hair early. Even though I still press my hair, I found an excellent book with tips for taking care of black hair. It's Ultra Black Hair Growth II by Cathy Howse.
