Hi, again Jessica.

I know what it feels like to roll your hair every night--so time consuming. Another option is to wrap your hair; I did this for several years and now I'm back to rolling, just for a different look.

As far as shampoo/conditioner . . . I use a few different ones:

Mane 'n Tail (by Straight Arrow) shampoo and conditioner -- I started using these about 10 years ago (i'm 25yrs old). Then I didn't use them for about 2 years, and my hair definitely became less healthy, so I started using them again about 3 months ago. I use the conditioner as a leave-in and it can really work wonders for dry hair.

Optimum Care shampoo and conditioner -- leaves my hair feeling ultra soft and the conditioner is great for releasing tangles

Creme of Nature shampoo (c conditioner in it) -- I use this typically when I'm in a hurry; it leaves my hair feeling soft, but it doesn't provide deep conditioning so I wouldn't use it too often unless I were washing my hair more than once a week.

Hey jessica. I wash my hair twice a week. I shampoo and deep condition on the weekends. On wensdays I do conditioner washes. I use Nature's Therapy's line they have great stuff that smells good for our hair without weighing it down. The ingredients in their products are very hair friendly. The best way to go natural is the big chop although braids may be more attractive during those awkward stages. I wear my hair permed is your hair damaged and that's why you want to go natural? Either way you'll have to take time and paetience with your hair. instead of rolling your hair at night try wrapping it or do some braid out styles.
before you go natural do some research. There's a lot of natural hair sites you'll get a lot of useful info.

1. 1-2x weekly
2. Biotin Shampoo/Queen Helene Cholesterol/ Mane n tail leave in or Parnevue leave in
3. Braids/ twists or Conrows
4. Can't help there- don't roll my hair up- i do gel twist my hair and i usually wear it in a curly fro
5. Rinse daily when u shower, detangle with your fingers, trim every 3-4 months, shampoo-1-2 x weekly-do not use conditioning shampoos, condition after rinsing and shamooing, always use leave-in conditioner, use a boar hairbrush and best of luck to you.
