Help can anyone tell me what I can do about my sweaty head. i work in the heat and i sweat something horrible in my head. I need to kno what I can use to eliminate an oily build up on my hair and scalp! I can't was it evey day but after about 4 days I have no other choice but to wash my hair because it smells horrible! Any pointers upon what to do? HELP!

I'm White, my wife is Asian, and one of my best friends wife is Black. All of us wash our hair often. It has nothing to do with your race. It is good to wash your hair once a day, it won't hurt your hair any. It is especially good in the hot and humid summer months to wash your hair daily to keep it fresh and clean. Try it. | Have you considered using Organic Root Stimulator herbal cleanse? I usually use that when my hair is in braids. But if you don't feel like shelling that much money, try Seabreeze on your scalp. That should help. Otherwise just find a moisturizing shampoo. |
