I want to start the Crown and Glory Method with out using hair extentions, i just plan on braiding my own real natural hair. Has anyone ever done this and if so have they recieved results. Also how much length did you get. Also i dont plan on using hair extentions, but i know with extentions the braids can be left in 1-2monts, but im not using them so how long can i keep my natural hair braided before i would need to take down shampoo and rebraid.
