Hi, it's nice, light, & creamy & makes my hair a lot smoother, but I haven't been using it long enough to know if it'll help with breakage or not...In fact, I'm using the whole Extreme Line...The Shampoo/Conditioner/Deep Fuel make my hair really smooth & silky...hths...
