I bought some Biotin frm wal-mart does anyone know if does work well or were is the best place to buy Biotin from.

It works well to me. It doesn't really matter where you buy it from it is all the same in pill version. Powder version is more pure from what i have learned on these boards. But you get results either way. Most people on the net take 5000 to 10000 mcgs for growth.
