Hi Ladies, I wear a sewn-in weave, where the majority of my hair is cornrowed underneath the weave. However, there is just some hair on top and sides that is shown daily. I usually keep my weave in for 6-8 weeks. I was wondering when I take out my weave to put a fresh one in, does it make sense to just relax the top/sides of my hair rather than my whole head, since most of it will be braided anyway? I'm pretty new to this forum and would love any great responses. Thanks.

so all your other hair is natural? what do you plan to do when you take the weave out and want to show your own hair u might have a mixture of textures and u don't really take care of perm hair like u do natural hair...by that i mean comb sizes and stuff. maybe just try to flat iron that hair or something ------------- Natural BC May 9, 2004 |
