My hair is badly damaged. I colored it, and then a week and a half later, I permed it. My hair broke off so bad in the middle of my head and it is badly damaged and uneven. So i ended up weaving the whole thing. I am thinking about just cutting all my hair off , to cut out the perm, and just start all over. Now my question is, do I cut my hair the same length all over my head to the new growth or just a little bit after the new growth? And what do I do after, as far as treating it? Can i still get weaves at times or i shouldn't? Can someone give me some good advise, on growing my hair back to shoulder length?

if your hair is breaking to the newgrowth you have to cut to the newgrowth. if you are starting over naptural you have to cut to the newgrowth. if you are still into relaxing your hair then i think you should cut gradually. avoid tight weaves and braids. avoid coloring completely since that caused your breakage. use real hair scissors when you do cut. be gentle and careful with your hair. take it seriously so that you will know to always be careful. healthy hair grows better.

Are you growing your hair out to perm it again or are you going natural? I am just interested.
Well if your hair is damaged that badly you should get it cut all over to the newgrowth and start from there.

Hi, I am back, with a new do! I cut all my hair off! Short in a Halle Berry cut. So.............................. here I go, starting all over again. I will keep in touch every month and let you guys know how my hair is prospering.
