well, not sure if you are natural or not. But i am. I rinse daily in the shower and apply aloe vera cream conditioner, leave in for five minutes, rinse out then apply leave-in conditioner such as infusium 23 or sebastian potion #9. Weekly- i deep condition with cholesterol(w/ a thin plastic cap) for 30 minutes under a heating cap.
I have a very strict vitamin regimine- biotin, msm, evening primrose oil, hair, skin and nails formula by vitamin shoppe, l-lysine, super b-complex with vitamin c, flax powder and vitamin e. I drink at least 64 fluid oz. of water daily.
I oil my scalp at nite with essential oils such as olive, coconut, jojoba, and carrot oil.

i used to wear the ponytails with the clips on them. after i'd get home from a long day, i'd just rip them out of my hair. i soon started realizing that the middle of my head was very uneven compared to the outside edges. i don't know what to do. my hair has been in this condition for about a year now, and it wont grow back. i need some advice.

When i was at K-mart today looking for shampoo because I have been doing Conditioner Washes for a while and felt like WOW it has been months since i used Shampoo, I saw some "Doo Gro, tingling Growth shampoo" and I almost got it Till I noticed it was $5.99!!!
no way not right now,
I really wanted to try it but I just stuck with my plain ol 99 Vo5 Apple Blush Smells Divine!!!!

Two other supplements help hair growth. MSM and panthotetic acid.
Tere are some supplemebts that give all of the b-vitamins in one pill. That may be good for you.
Improving your overall health will help your hair to grow to its full potential. Eat a healthy diet with a good ampount of protein, take your vitamins and drink water.
Also, keep your hair moisturized by deep condtioning, using gentle shampoos, styling with minimal heat or no heat at all and using leave in conditioners/moisturizers/oils in between. That will help your hair to not break off at the ends.
Also, do protein treatments with a reconstructor once a month... or at whatever interval is best for your hair.
