Do you think Hot oil Treatments are a waste of time or do you fell that they benefit your hair? When do you apply the oil to your hair before shampoo or after shampoo? ------------- DiamondPrincess

| Hot oils are usually used before shampooing so that you can wash them out. The hot oil work with the shampoo. I have seen significant improvement in my mothers hair it has become softwer and silkier. |

i do mine prior to shampooing and yes i do see a benefit , my scalp is less dry and my hair is much softer and silkier. ------------- Me and you, your cousin and your momma too rollin on da strip on bow's |
