I ALWAYS HEAR PEOPLE SAY THE BEST WAY TO GET WAVES IN YOUR HAIR IS BY PUTTING MOUSSE AND GEL IN IT....WELL HOW DOES THAT PROCESS WORK...DO YOU PUT THE MOUSSE ALL OVER THEN PUT THE GEL IN...DO YOU HAVE TO SCRUNCH YOUR HAIR ALL OVER? WHAT TYPE PF GEL DO YOU USE? DO YOU HAVE TO USE THE DARK GEL THAT LEAVES YOUR HAIR HARD?

I used to use the brown gel that leaves your hair hard, but it had too much alcohol in it, so I started using Elasta QP glaze. I have naturally curly/wavy hair, so I'm not sure if this will have the same affect. It's worth a try. The glaze never leaves my hair hard, it's very soft and I can even comb my hair after I put it in.
