I do and i take 10 mg a day. Been taking it since jan. I started with 1.2 mg and increase it to 10 mg. ------------- Me and you, your cousin and your momma too rollin on da strip on bow's |

I'm currently taking Shen Min it contains 1400mcg of biotin along with additional GNC biotin 600mcg I have only been taking this amount for anout 4 months grat results but has some nasty side effects... ------------- I am O so loved by momma but was raised so that others would also love me ~ quote by Mrs. King |
