Is Biotin pills harmfl in any way? Are they vitamins? Where can I can I get some? Are they expensive? About how much?

biotin is a b-vitamin, sometimes called vitamin b7. No harmful effects, however you must drink lots of water when taking it as it acts to detoxify your body when you first start taking it. it is inexpensive , i get 60 (5 mg) capsules for $8.59 at the vitamin shoppe. i take 10mg daily but you could start at a lower dosage if you chose. i have been taking it with good results since janurary.
