| Ive heard that dominicans are really good. there's a salon in my area and it looks like they speak only latino and i was wondering if that's one. I dont know if they're salons owned by a latino or by a dominican. I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this |

im dominican so i would kno if there light skin there puerto rican most likly and f there a little bit dark than tan there dominican -------------
