Stretch out time between relaxers. Grow out my hair. Keep my hair trimmed. Get rid of and prevent hair bubbles and split ends. Take better care of my hair.

I have to second that Stretch out time between relaxers! That's why I was asking about that Extend-a-perm.
Layla how often are you relaxing now?
Every 8-10 weeks for me. I would love to relax every 14-16 weeks!

9-10 weeks. I'll be at 8 weeks the day after tomorrow. I already have my relaxer here waiting and people are itching to do my hair. I just measured my new growth and it's about 2 inches. I can last a few more weeks I think. It's starting to get hard to comb my hair. I'll probably end up doing it in 2-3 weeks. My sister had this little thing of john frieda ( i think) stuff like extend a perm when she was growing out her relaxer. You used it to blend your new growth. I wanted to ask her for it but she said she was giving it to her little sisters who don't relax their hair.

My old length was BSL. That'll still take about another year and a half.

Stay natural! ( it's not hard to do, I love my napptural hair)
Minimal heat ( only blow dried 2 times in my 7 months)
Continue wearing protective styles
retain length
get a real pony puff instead of making my hair look like one.
Keep my hair album updated.

I like the length that I'm at. What I'd like to do is grow out my ends and keep trimming my hair and keep it at it's current length. I'd like to grow out the layers I have in front because I think my hair will look smoother without them. The only problem is without layers in front the front take a lot of stress from my ponytail.
